As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and efficient restaurant environment.
This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for providing exceptional service.
Duties:
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude - Take customer orders accurately and efficiently - Prepare food items according to established recipes and quality standards - Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions - Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms - Assist with food preparation and cooking as needed - Upsell menu items and promote special offers to customers - Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations - Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the restaurant industry is preferred - Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Ability to work in both front-of-house and back-of-house areas (kitchen) - Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds We offer opportunities for growth within our organization.
