JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Medical Assistant Certificate One year of experience in customer service environment preferred Demonstrated Intermediate knowledge of PC Demonstrated excellent customer service and communication skills Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
Greeting and checking out the patients Faxing Answering phones Scheduling and coordinating appointments Patient registration Collects payments for copays, prescriptions, bills, etc.
Assisting with medical records Scanning and filing documents into electronic medical records system Providing support to the back office when needed Checking eligibility, Insurance verification, and authorizations Job Type:
