Responsibilities:
Document digitally existing training processes and procedures for the bakery Create a dashboard containing the existing training for all departments.
Reports directly to Production Manager:
Attention to detail and computer proficiency required Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Proven ability to handle multiple projects Self-starter and ability to work on own initiative Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication (written and oral) skills.
Excellent Computer skills and proficiency with data entry, MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint database, and other software/applications highly desired.
Must be able to work flexible work schedules, when necessary, with minimal advanced notice Work Hours:
7am-3:
30pm; OT as needed Job Type:
