Mon - Friday 7:
30AM-4:
30PM; may be asked to work additional overtime if workloads require.
May be asked to work every other Saturday from 8:

Machine Shop Lead Position Purpose:
Required to produce a quality product per print as assigned, with little supervision.
Loading and checking work product and making the necessary offset changes to keep work product on size.
Requirements - Minimum 3 years current CNC set-up and operator experience required Three years minimum general machine shop experience preferred Strong mechanical aptitude of CNC machine operations (both Mills & Lathes) Working knowledge of Haas equipment Read and interpret print drawings and use precision measuring equipment Able to perform general math calculations Detail oriented with large emphasis on accuracy.
Self-starter, able to follow directions, and work with minimal supervision High degree of initiative to complete job requirements in accordance with production timeline.
Reliable with strong work ethic, and Team Player mentality Must be open and willing to work daily overtime and possibly every other Saturday Job Duties - Sets-up and/or operates assigned equipment to produce quality products May be trained and required to operate more than one machine at a time Calculates cycle times Initiates machine adjustments to ensure quality product Performs necessary deburring of parts using deburring tools and/or machines Inspects product and documents data as required Creates and maintains accurate data for company organizational records Performs additional operations per supervisor direction May need to be cross-trained on other equipment/machines; or help cross-train others Responsible for the required periodic maintenance and cleaning of machine(s) Helps organize and keep work area and Machine Shop clean Adheres to safety regulations and company safety standards Performs other warehouse/machine shop duties as assigned Job Type:
