We are looking for an Intake Specialist who is looking to grow while being part of a great team that is doing great work! Our ideal candidate will be punctual, reliable, and have tremendous organizational skills.

Compensation:
$20 - $25 hourly
Responsibilities:
Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case fit and making sure they feel seen and heard Coordinate awareness initiatives and foster relationships with other attorneys alongside the marketing team in order to help grow our prospective client base Manage attorney schedules, including prospective client consultations, to foster caseload growth Organize paperwork and perform data entry in our case management system to streamline new client onboarding and current client files
Qualifications:
Skilled with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel Sales or customer service experience highly valued Previous experience with CRM and case management software desired Strong ability to communicate eloquently and empathetically a must Previous legal experience a plus About Company At The Wagon Legacy, we help secure your family's future and foster peace by crafting a clear and concise will!
