Dulcet Tile is hiring an Order Processor/ Customer Service Representative.
This role will primarily support the outside sales representatives and handle order processing.
You will collaborate with carriers to coordinate pick-up and delivery, monitor delivery dates.
You will assist vendees with order questions, stock questions, customer service etc.
Duties and Responsibilities ZERO IN PERSON INTERACTION WITH CUSTOMERS Must be able to work Monday-Friday Review daily emails Input orders into company system Create shipping paperwork for outbound deliveries Handle any issues or discrepancies with shipments Ability to multi-task and maintain a positive attitude.
Provide email and phone support to our dealers and sales team Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor degree or equivalent 2
years of customer service, order processing, shipping or logistics experience (preferred) Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel Excellent communication and organizational skills OTHER PERTINENT JOB INFORMATION:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, use hands and reach with hands and arms.
The associate is required to walk, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
