Fabricator/Maintenance

We are looking for a creative, resourceful, highly detailed person with a strong understanding of Aluminum & Steel Fabrication, CNC Machining, diagnostic and repair capabilities, general facilities knowledge, and program problem solving capabilities. We seek a team player with strong communication, organization & project management skills to manage the extremely detailed projects of our growing specialty/key programs.

We are a design, engineering, and problem solving company that produces Automotive Accessories at the OEM level. We are visionaries setting the standards for unique designs with quality and efficient manufacturing & assembly methods.

Requirements
Must have a strong understanding of Aluminum and Steel Fabrication, Mig and Tig Welding, Machining, Maintenance, and general facilities management skills. CAD/CAM experience a plus.
Must have the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to read basic blueprints and interpret specifications using such tools as square, calipers, depth gages, tape measure, or necessary tool as required.
Develop quality R&D Engineering methodologies to support the Design, Manufacturing, Assembly, and Purchasing Teams and activities while applying safety practices.
Create bolted and or welded final production assembly tables and check fixtures required for application specific programs with quality process and procedural requirements.
Perform preventative maintenance on all major equipment (i.e. CNC Machines, Up-Cut Saws, Assembly Tables, Vacuum Systems, Press break, Misc. Equipment).
Perform preventative facility maintenance (i.e. Lighting, Electrical, Fork Lift, Rolling doors and Gates, Misc. Functions).
Supervising and identifying any fault in operating machines and equipment or in relation to any material issues or defects that may arise with the ability to identify and diagnose obvious problems with minimum supervision.
Operating other accessory equipment and performing application specific tasks necessary for part clamping, holding, tack-welding, tig,and mig, welding, bending, forming, bolting, grinding, de-burring parts and fixtures as necessary to satisfy the technical requirements.
Examining finish products, components, and assemblies comparing them with control limit samples to check whether the specifications are met;


Education and/or Experience - Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or five year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Mathematical Skills - Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as dimensions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability - Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills - To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Internet software. CAD/CAM a plus
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations - Current driver's licenses.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
